For some months now, i believe many of us have been using glo 0.00 unlimitedly on our androids via Psiphon, QueenCee and official/unofficial Tweakware VPNs. Though not everyone is enjoying this at present because some regions keep reconnecting and disconnecting. We understand this issues and our admins are working very hard in bringing a lasting solution to this predicament.
Notwithstanding, here we go again with an alternative to the Glo 0.00 discussed above using UC Mini Handler.
Please note that it does not work on any other browser for now and does not power social applications except you visit the site through your UC Mini Handler or alternatively, you can switch back to the Glo 0.00 through your VPNs. Thanks to those who came up with this Uc Handler idea. To download UC Mini Handler, just search it on google.
Now lets get straight to the point. After downloading your handler, configure it thus:
- Proxy Type: Real Host
- Proxy Server: redirect.glo.com
- Real Proxy Type: Default or HTTP
- Real Proxy Port: 80
Save and connect.
Just incase you are unable to download larger files, open this page - muchproxy.com - on your UC Handler. Then type in the site you want to visit or download and click on go... your file will pop up for download. If you are the type dat likes downloading from google, all you need to do is to asses google via muchproxy.com and then move ahead to the file you want to download.
Also, do not panic if muchproxy renames your file to .php format. Just let it complete its task then you can rename your file back to its original format/extension.
